T-TESS Dimension 1.2, 1.3 Description: This session is geared towards teachers who have implemented Topics Based Grading in their classroom, and are looking to learn more. Teachers will learn how to take their topics based grading practices further, focusing on replacing grades throughout the nine weeks to show mastery. Time will be spent on aligning topics based grading to current practices and policies in Frisco ISD, and utilize methods to allow their grade to reflect the student’s most recent level of mastery.
